I couldn't appreciate red shiny spots very well. Could you please post more pictures clearly showing the spots?

Do you have itching anywhere else on the body?

Is the itching more at night? Is anyone staying in the same household also affected with itching on the body?

Actually local doctor suggest me to use daktarin miconjole nitrate jel 3times a day. After useing that testical skin gets peels off and skin gets red wounds. Before useing this cream i have same problem.in my house nobody have iching. Night time iching is more.only testical skin and pennis skin have iching.

You seem to be having a condition called lichen simplex chronicus. It happens due to constant itching of the area. Its like an eczema.

I would recommend an application of cortisone cream mixed with Mupirocin cream twice a day for two weeks. That should help relieve your concern.
