Hello,
Thank you for your query at DoctorSpring.com
I understand your concern.
Since you stopped having sex almost immediately, it is highly unlikely that you will get any STIs. There is only a minimal chance if there was direct contact between the genitalia, and if your partner had open mucosal lesions. Apart from that tearing of condom becomes dangerous, when a HIV positive man ejaculates and through the tear some amount of semen passes into the vagina. Only in this rare possibility, the chances of transmission of HIV becomes very high. Apart from that, in other instances when it tears, and the penis is withdrawn almost immediately, chances are minimal. Extremely unlikely.
Still as a conclusive evidence you can get yourself tested at the end of 3 months with a 4th generation HIV test. But i can assure you it will be negative.
Regarding other STIs again chances are very low. Only if you develop any symptoms, let me know.
I will guide you further.
Regards.

Hello,
Yes if the female is HIV + then from her vaginal fluids HIV can be transmitted. However this way it is lower, because ejaculate has a good volume, while female vaginal fluid does not have any formed volume. In simple words the chances of a HIV + man transmitting HIV to a female, is higher than vice versa.
Oral sex can spread diseases like Herpes or HPV, if one of the partner is infected.
Please do not be tensed, because after revieweing your case, you're not at risk of STIs or HIV as of now.
Feel free to ask further queries,
Regards.

Hello,
Yes oral herpes can present with sores in the mouth, or mouth ulcers.
HPV is different, there will be warts in the oral cavity.
I think you and your partner should get tested for herpes.
Based on the test results, i can guide you further.
