Resolved question:
i have severe low back pain. happened in middle of tennis and had to stop. had difficult time driving home due to pain. Worse when i drive and get out of car. sitting down for more than few minutes and getting up is very painful. i have to work tomorrow, i do not want to call in sick. is there anything i can do now to relieve this ?
I had seen a orthopedica surgeon 2 years ago. he said it was severe back spasm and very mild degeneration. but it got better. but then 6 month ago, back started to stiffen again with mild pain. but yesterday all of suddn it got really bad all of sudden. i have trouble standing up after sitting for more than 3 minutes

If there are associated symptoms like yellow urine and itching all over the body then you need to go to the doctor.
If there are no other symptoms you can wait till the next time you go to the rest room.
