doctor. i am in sever panic could not eat or do any thing. i even cancelled. the reason is i had a hooker giving me a head. however i used a condom. i am now panicking that she might have given me a sexually transmitted decease. my question is what kind of decease could i get. what are the chances. this happens a few days ago, when should i get tested for reliable results. please help.

Regarding the pregnancy, it can be picked up as early as by the end of first week of pregnancy. So it depends on when was your last unprotected intercourse and whether it was close to your ovulation period.
But you're already having light spotting and that rules out pregnancy here.
With a history of irregular periods, and anemia, I will advise you to get a few investigations done, and we can proceed with the management accordingly.
- CBC ( Complete Blooc Count )
- Ultrasound Whole Abdomen
- Thyroid Profile.
Conditions like Hypothyroidism and PCOD needs to be ruled out here.
