Hello.
Thank you for your query at DoctorSpring.com
I understand your concern.
I have noted your symptoms and investigation reports. First of all, I would like to reassure you that you do not have any serious illness, as most of the investigation reports are within normal limits.
Your symptoms are suggestive of neuropathic pain and I agree with the use of lyrica (pregabalin). The dose should be gradually increased depending on the improvement. The upper limit of safe dose is 150 mg two times daily.
In the meanwhile, I would be pleased to see you personally, as I see that you are based in Hyderabad.
I hope it helps.
Best wishes,
Dr. Sudhir Kumar MD (Medicine), DM (Neurology)
