Small flesh coloured bump on labia with no symptoms.

Resolved question:
I have found a small bump on my labia that is smaller than a pimple (about the size of a freckle) and looks like a flesh colored pimple (does not look like a wart and I have had the gardisil shot). There is only one and this is the first time I have ever found anything like this. It does not itch, hurt, or have any sort of feeling. I was just curious what this could be and if I should seek medical attention. I am sexually active but have been with the same partner. No symptoms other than the bump itself. 22 years old patientold.

Hello,
Thank you for your query at DoctorSpring.com
I understand your concern.
Will you be able to upload an image of the same? Such fleshy bumps could arise in HPV infection, but you already had the shot, so that is ruled out. It could be a bacterial infection. I will review the image and get back to you.
Regards.

I presume you are referring to the whitish bump near the labia.
Yes, it is due to bacterial infection, not related to any STI.
You need to apply Mupirocin ointment twice daily for 2 weeks, and this shall resolve.
Regards.
