Sore throat without fever. STREP THROAT/ALLERGIES?

I have a sore throat with no fever, it hurts like strep throat. Could it be strep throat or allergies?

It could be either, sometimes starting stage of strep throat or bacterial infections, there may not be any fever.
Do you have any other symptoms of cold? If there is a runny nose, it will indicate more of allergies.
