Sorethroat after sex. PARANOID about STD?

Resolved question:
Unprotected oral sex -11.5 weeks ago
Protected vaginal sex- 11.5 weeks ago
STD of partners unknown

8 Panel Test 6 days after - NEGATIVE
Ghonorrea/Chlamydia test-8 weeks after NEGATIVE
ORAQUICK HIV - 10 weeks after NEGATIVE

I am experiencing a tenderness below my jawline on the left side of my neck. Some pressure in ears, and light headed-ness. I went to the DR last week and they figured it was just symptoms of seasonal allergies, which I am suffering from ecspecially now. I woke up with a sore throat and have had a feeling of fever, but with no elevated tempuature.
Should I be worried about side effects from an STD? The only one I have not tested for besides a couple of days after my experience is Spyhillis. I do not have a chancre on my penish, and besides the feeling of uneasiness and a sore neck, do not have any other sypmptoms. I guess I am just paranoid since that is the only thing I have not tested for.

Should I take another 8 panel test now that it has been almost 12 weeks after my encounter?

Hello,
Thank you for your query at DoctorSpring.com
I understand your concern.
No, you definitely do not need any further testing for STDs. at 8 weeks the results are conclusive and also Syphilis does not present with the symptoms you are having. They are likely to be due to the allergies as your doctor mentioned. So, kindly do not worry.
Feel free to discuss further,
Regards.

Thank you for your quick response. Just as an FYI, my girlfriend has been getting these little rash marks on her body that also made me extremely paranoid of Syphillis. (see attached) Is it possible that I do not have any symptoms but I could have passed it to her? She has gets them on her arms and around her face, and they itch. She is also suffering from allergies.Opinion? https://www.google.com/search?q=light+ringworm&biw=1264&bih=273&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ei=6ElnVfXYMMLcoATuh4DoDA&ved=0CAYQ_AUoAQ#imgrc=5BczP27rXJPkUM%253A%3BzgjekM_NWaWH8M%3Bhttp%253A%252F%252Fwww.rudyard.org%252Fwp-content%252Fuploads%252F2013%252F09%252Fsmall-ringworm-pictures.jpg%3Bhttp%253A%252F%252Fwww.rudyard.org%252Fsmall-ringworm-pictures%252F%3B305%3B228

The picture you shared is typical of ringworm and is not any STD.
She can apply Clotrimazole ointment on the lesion as well as take Tab. Levocetirizine 5 mg once daily at bedtime till it resolves.
Regards.
