Stomach pain, diarrhea with EXTERNAL HEMORRHOIDS. Treatment?

Resolved question:
I was sick for a few days ago with a stomach bug. At that time i had a lot of diarrhea and with that was straining because of it. I don't normally strain when i use to bathroom because i know i am prone to getting hemmorids. They come and go but are always pretty consistant on coming back. Right now i have this external hemmorroid that is fairly large. So big that i was able to take a picture of it which i have attached. I have been using wipes, iburphen, and suppositories but it is still very painful and inflammed. It wont go back in when i tried gently pushing it back into place (relaxed and in warm water) and when it does it pops right back out within an hr. They normally go back in and it goes away in a week or so but this time it just feels more painful and stubburn. It has been this way for 2 days now with pain level being a 7-8 on a 0-10 pain scale.Any suggestions? Is this an ER issue/urgert care? What could they do for me if i went to the ER that i am not already doing myself?

Hello,
Thanks for posting your query at DoctorSpring.com
I am Dr.R.K and I am pleased to assist you.
I saw the picture you have attached.
You are having external hemorrhoids.
An external hemorrhoid becomes painful when a clot forms inside.
Since you are having pain, there is a possibility that your hemorrhoid has developed a clot inside.
If pain is persisting and no good relief is obtained with medical treatment, then the painful hemorrhoid has to be removed.
You can discuss with your doctor about these options.
I hope that answers your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr.R.K.
