From the images that you have sent, it seems to be a blocked salivery gland, which has enlarged and there are lots of mucus secretions inside. It is known as sialadenitis.
2 weeks is of recent onset, and points more towards an inflammation.
Any such similar bumps in the past?
Warm compresses and massage generally helps in settling down of the swelling.
The other possibility is a cyst in the frenulum. It has opened up and hence its looking whitish. I would recommend that you visit your dermatologist who can freeze it for you.

It needs to be removed out either by freezing or excision.

That would resolve the cyst.
Also you need to take a good antibiotic course for it to settle down. It is better if you can get it physcially examined by your local physician before taking the antibiotic. But a course of Tab. Doxycycline 100 mg twice daily for about a week, should resolve it.

I have never had this kind of an issue before. I was a smoker for a while, but only a light smoker. Now I don't even smoke, maybe one per day with friends. I've slept in my apartment right after the renovation, so the fumes from the hardwood lacquer finish was bothering me for few days, even my eyes were burning a little. Could this cause it? Can you please tell me what is the cause of this? I've also had 2 of my wisdom teeth removed about 6 months ago. The bottom wisdom teeth are still there, and the dentist said that they might start moving upwards little by little, since there is no support on top anymore. Could this cause it?
My orgal hygene is very good. I floss everytime I eat, and brush my teeth 3-4 times per day.
Please give me a little more info. Thank you so much!

Thank you for your patience while awaiting this reply.
I would advise you to completely give up smoking, even the one cigarette per day since nicotine irritates the mucous membranes and produces long term negative side effects.
I do not think that the hardword lacquer finish provides a source of irritation to the mucous membrane of your mouth. It does so to your eyes because they are a continuously open surface area.
Well in my opinion, it is most likley a cyst. A cyst is a closed pocket of tissue whihc can be filled with air, fluid or pus. It has probably arisen from blockage of of one of the openings of the minor salivary gland ducts which are present in the floor of the mouth.
The above mentioned irritants (spices , nicotine) must be avoided to further irritation. While you set up an appointment to have the cyst either excised or freezed, continue to maintain good oral hygiene. Also the possibility of the removal of your wisdom teeth being causative is highly unlikely.
