Hello,
Generally Sumamed is safe in individuals with Penicillin allergy.
However still you have a slight higher chance for an allergy towards medications including Sumamed.
Practically it should be safe to take this (under your Doctors prescription) If there is any adverse effects / side effects stop the medication contact your Doctor immediately.
