Hello,
Thank you for your query at DoctorSpring.com
I have read your question with diligence.
It looks that your Doctor has prescribed analgesic ,steroid & muscle relaxation medicines.
Pain & swelling at thigh may be due to presence of soft tissue infection. You should also get it ruled out. This can be evaluated by having a USG examination of thigh.
It looks from your details that there is deformity at her thigh. Most probably she may be having deformity due to arthritis or previous trauma. If you are able to send me her radiographs or x rays then i shall be able to give you more advice. You can attach the reports directly on the dashboard.
With best wishes.
Regards.
