Thick mole with tiny black dots

I have a picture of a mole that I think may be something? it's thick, and has some tiny black dots on it. However the the borders are clearly defined and symmetrical.

Could you please send one more photo of the lesion which is a bit zoomed out ?

From the picture you have sent it seems seborrheic keratosis. It is like dead skin and has only cosmetic significance. The treatment would be excision or burning it off by your dermatologist.

Thanks for your reply. The picture you have sent is of seborrheic keratosis. It is like dead skin and has only cosmetic significance. It's not a mole and nothing to worry about.

However it's important to treat it as it sends to be growing in size, there are chances it can get inflamed and also become irritating. The treatment would be excision or burning it off by your dermatologist.
