Resolved question:
my brother is having tinea cruris for the past 8-10years.he has tried allopathy, ayurvedic but no cure found. the state has aggrevated much. then went for homeopathy to increase immunity, which he has been taking for nearly 6 months. but till now nothing much happening. the reduction is seen only on the day of medicine and from the third day again its started to rise.moreover its starting to spread in a new area of skin.due to this is getting depressed and doesn't move out of home
ayurvedic doctor also gave blood purifier to prevent spreading. though the intensity of spreading has reduced, but spreading of the infection continues to be there.
is there complete cure for this disease. he had used clotrimazole cream and powder, fintop cream, cap. Sporanox, kozimax gel and tyza and teczene tablet. he had used these for more than 2 months as per doctors but after the time. the disease has aggrevated and started spreading dramatically mainly after course of Sporanox was stopped as per doctors course duration .
affected areas are: cheek & jaw skin ,arm pits, full abdomen , back and groin region

From the history you have provided, there seem following possibilities.
1. There is an underlying condition like diabetes or other immuno-suppressive illness.
2. It is misdiagnosed as tinea.
3. There it is an application of a steroid craven which is letting the fungus grow.
I would recommend that you send a picture of his condition to me if possible. Also i would recommend to meet your dermatologist to get a fungal scraping, culture and antibiotic sensitivity done.
