Resolved question:
I have started getting tingles in by testicles down to my anus. 3 days ago I had unprotected sex. I have been very stressed out about it. Can this be a symptom of herpes this early, or can my mind be playing tricks on me?
Can it be a bacterial or fungus that could cause tingling. It does not itch though.

I understand your concern.
Tingling if persistent is not normal, and it can be present in a range of STDs. Since you had unprotected sex, it is better that you get yourself tested for the STD panel.
However it does not look like herpes, where the presentation is entirely different and the patient presents with genital sores and high fever. Tingling can be noticed in urethral infections, mostly secondary to gonorrhoea.
Having said that, it can purely be psychological too.
Hence, it is better you get yourself tested.
