He has no history of diabetes, hypertension, smoke, no alchohol, no surgeries so far
The patient has been suffering from loss of appetite from januvary 15th.
they thought it was a gastrointestenial problem and have consulted a gastroentologist.
He has been following a strict fluid diet, eating fruits, cooked rice well mashed ever since.
Initially they thought he had a problem in his intestinal tract.

I had seen your report which says mucoid adenocarcinoma. This could have originated from some primary cancer elsewhere.
He needs further images, probably a PET-CT scan which can throw some light on the primary. I would suggest you to do additional tests for confirming the site of a primary malignancy and start on chemotherapy accordingly.
P.S. I am a medical oncologist from Chennai. If facilities are not available in Vizag, can you come to Chennai for treatment?
