Since how long have you been trying for conception ?
What is the height and weight of your wife ?
Has she had any miscarriages ?
Why was IVF advised in the first place - any problems such as blocked tubes, problems in ovulation, fibroids, cysts etc ?
Where was the IVF carried out, and did she produce good quality eggs and embryos in the IVF ?
How long back was the IVF attempt carried out ?
