I have noted your problems. For nerve pain, you can take pregabalin capsules. I usually prescribe once daily in night for 10 days, followed by twice daily.
For sleep and panic issues, clonazepam tablets are useful. If you still require sleep aid, zolpidem tablets can be used as and when needed.
