Resolved question:
I have a what maybe a wart possibly, I really don't know on the lower part of my penis. I have attached a photo of it, Please let me know what it could be. Ive had it for many, many years as far as I can remember, possibly before I even had sex but im not sure. It has grown larger and I would like to know how to remove it as well. Please let me know what Im dealing with here.

Thanks for posting your query. I can understand your concern.
It seems to be a seborrheic keratosis. A wart is another differential diagnosis. Both look similar at times.
The treatment for it would be to get it removed from your doctor by radiofrequency.
The lesion will get burnt out and fall off.
