Hello, I have a series of things happening with my body and I am worried.. 1. I have developed warts all over my hands.This has been treated by a dermotologist. 2. I have had stomach pains for a while now (although they seem to be slowly going away). 3. I find it hard to keep a regular stool i feel like i have diahreeah a lot 4. I feel like i get adrenaline rushes throughout the day for now reason and my heart beats fast becasue of this. 5. I recently found my sperm has gone clumpy and have no idea why. I would love some clarity on this.. I have recently become very sexually active also. I am 27 years old patientold and am overweight (130kg). Thank you

I understand your concern.
You have a combination of some unrelated symptoms, and it is better you get some investigations done to understand the condition better.
I will advise you the following:
1) CBC
2) LFT
3) RFT
4) Urine Routine
5) Stool test
6) ESR, CRP
7) RBS
These investigations will help us understand whether something is wrong.
Kindly get the tests done, or if you have gotten them done and have the reports, please share with us.
