weight loss - 20 kg in 6 months 5 kg in 3 weeks
headaches
night sweats
fatigue
patient has had a recent cholecystectomy (3 weeks ago) following a week of vomiting nausea and mild grade fever - ultrasound showed single mobile calcius following removal pathology showed infection
patient has had slightly elevated LFT
thyroid tests normal
CT scans are attached

However, this needs good evaluation and I also need to see the histopathology report of gall bladder which was removed and complete details of LFT.
