I have seen the picture.
It is a stye and i advise you to use an oral antibiotic like Tab. Ciplox 500 mg twice daily for 5 days.
Most styes will resolve spontaneously. Only when it is painful we advocate the use of antibioitc and warm water compresses.

Thank you Dr. Malhotra. It is not painful. If I don't use antibioitc, how much time should I expect until it is resolved? Is there any other remedy that can help except for antibioitc?

Normally it should resolve by itself in a few days.
If the pain is severe then warm compresses and lid massage will help.
Oral antibiotic is the best choice.
