Hello. My husband just had his wisdom teeth removed today. If the pain comes back before 3 hours pass, can he take more ibuprofen and codiene together?

Regarding Ibuprofen 400-800 mg every 6 (SIX) hours is the safe and recommended dose. (maximum 3.2mg in a day).
Codeine -15-60 mg every 4-6 hours
So if he had his medication 3 hours before I would NOT recommend taking it within the 3 hour interval. You should atleast wait for 4-5 hours if it is a combination medication.
