Resolved question:
I am asking the question on behalf of my mother who is 76 years old patientof age. She fell and fractured her ankle a week ago. Now the fracture is better but she is experiencing sever abdominal pain and nausea and could pass stool. We have taken an MRI of her abdomen and we need to get an opinion on this MRI. How can I get this opinion soon?

MRI shows stones in the gallbladder with infection and bile duct looks clear with no stones
In these kind of situations patient requires surgery to remove gall bladder i.e lap cholecystectomy. That is best advisable in her case.

I have the following follow up questions.
Were you able to review two MRI's I sent. Attached are some additional investigative reports.
I made a mistake saying mother can pass stool. She cannot pass stool for three days now and her stomach in very large.
She complains of sever abdominal pain especially when she lies flat or turn left. Local doctor says she is in a very complicated situation and they cannot do much. According to the doctor she has gallstones as you had pointed out. She has incision hernia, enlarged kidney.
She was fairly okay until she fell a week ago. She is on folllowing medications before her fall:
Amlodipne 5mg, Losartan 50mg twice daily, Clopidegral 75 mg, Atorvastatin 10mg, Thyroxine 100mcg. Ventolin, Seretide. She is hypertensive, Asthmatic and has Glaucome.
Doctor here in the Maldives say they cannot do much unless her condition improves.
My question is in the situation what will be the best course of action to relieve pain and whether the MRI reports show what the doctor is saying.

MRI report is showing incisional hernia with omentum sruck in the hernia that may be causing pain...Usually these kind of problems happen when small intestine is stuck in the hernia. In these kind of situations patient requires surgery to relieve the obstruction.
Surgery can only be done when patient is fit for surgery and even when patient is not fit also as an emergency surgery needs to be done under high risk. It is very difficult to advise with out seeing the patient physically.
