Abnormal SGPT, ALP, GAMMA GT levels. Should I worry?

Resolved question:
I recently did a medical checkup and found abnormal levels of SGPT, ALP, GAMMA GT in Liver Function Test. I'm attaching scanned copy of the test result.

Total Bilirubin: 0.5mg/dl
Direct Bilirubin: 0.06 mg/dl
SGOT: 44 U/L
SGPT: 664U/L
ALP: 525 U/L
Protein Total: 6.6 gm/dl
Albumin: 3.4g/dl
Globumin: 3.2gm/dl
A/G Ratio: 1:0
GAMMA GT: 161 U/L
HBsAg Card: Negative

I'm 29-year old male.

I'm a non-drinker, non-smoker and a vegetarian.

Occasionally, I take paracetamol (not more that 1g a day) for headache.

I'm not diagnosed for any disease.

Should I be worried about this condition?

Hello,
Thank you for your query at DoctorSpring.com
I understand your concern.
The symptoms that you had while you were shopping resembles vasovagal syncope which could be due to sudden hypotension, or hypoglycemia. While you're having such an attack, the other symptoms that are noticed are sudden feeling of warmth and dizziness, since all the blood from the peripheries try to rush towards the brain, to avoid loss of conciousness.
But it should not be persistent.
I will advise a full physical examination for you, including assessment of your BP, Complete Blood profile and your Sugar levels.
Watch out for the following symptoms :
1) Involuntary urination
2) Weakness
3) Facial Deviation
4) Sudden loss of conciousness.
If these symptoms are there please consult your local physician immediately.
Otherwise just get the test done as of now, and once you have the results, you can revert back to me and I will guide you further.
Regards.

I contacted the site as I'm not able to contact a GP at this time. we were lucky to be in a store with a pharmacy when that happened, my BP was 151 yesterday during that odd attack and it was 132 when i went to get it checked today. My blood sugar is "4.7 mmol"

Hello,
Yes since the BP shot up, it mostly indicates a vasovagal attack.
I will advise you to still get your BP monitored for a few days.
Once you can, get a complete blood work done and we can review from there.
Do you still have that blanching you mentioned?
Regards.
