Resolved question:
I have a bad sinus infection for 6 days and have been on meds for same. Currently I'm amoxaclav. Mucinex an trying to take Flonase but I can not inhale at all. I have tried the warm compresses and steam showers but nothing is working. Today both ears are now plugged as well. I am drinking 6 cups of hot tea and a few bottles of Gatorade. Any suggestions. It seems you are suffering from acute rhinosinusitis, and you are getting correct medication. I would recommend taking the following, under the care of your Doctor -
To get relief in nasal obstruction we can add xylometazoline or oxymetazoline 0.1% nasal drop 3drops three times daily for three dailys. You will get immediate relief.
We can add nasal decongestant like phenylephrine hcl 10 mg or pseudoephedrine hcl 30 mg decongestant tablet two times daily.
We can add antihistamine medication for same including Tab.Levocetrizine 5 mg once daily for 5 days.
You will definitely get relief with above medication

• Continue same medication
Add following
