Hello,
Thank you for your query at DoctorSpring.com
I understand your concern.
With rapid increase in the technology sector, more and more people are completely getting dependent and kin of addicted to cell phone, technology, internet, e.t.c. Even our conversation is possible thanks to technology. IT has it's advantages. The good thing about you is, most people who have addictions ( spending close to 12 hours online either sufing or chatting or on pornography ) do not realise that they are addicted. Realising that you're addicted solves half of your problem already.
Regarding masturbation, a lot of people have this misconception that masturbation once a day daily, for example is addiction. It is an extremely healthy process, as it is our body's way to express sexual desires. Masturbation causes no harm. It is said to be harmful or you're said to be addicted only if you start mastrubating 2-3 times every day regularly. Then it leads to fatigue and leads to reduction in the concentration levels. What is the frequency of masturbation in your case?
It is all about your will power. Since you already know you have these addictions, with your self determination, you can control the behavior too. You just need to take your mind off. Yoga is an extremely healthy process and i feel you should incorporate yoga in your daily life. Other techniques such as meditation can also be helpful. You need to gradually cut down the hours you spend on internet. And trust me you can do it.
Regarding your concentration and memory, i will advise you to start taking Tab. Neurobion Forte or any other locally vitamin b complex supplment, as it will boost the neurons in the brain, and help in increased alertness and concentration.
Regards.

Hello,
You seem to have some psychological anxiety problems. One of them is social anxiety.
While there are drugs such as SSRIs which will be helpful but you are too young to take such drugs.
I will advise you to meet a psychologist in your locality. A few sessions and a few calming and relaxing techniques will be very helpful.
If those methods fail, then drugs can be resorted too,
Regards.
