Hello,
Thank you for your query at DoctorSpring.com
Considering your sugar levels are normal, the other possible causes of dizziness could just be fatigue, low blood pressure, dehydration, anemia, e.t.c
Since you're also having sinus symptoms, it could be possible that they are blocked, leading to a pressure increase in the middle ear, leading to dizziness.
Has there been any problems with balance?
Do you have any runny nose/ cold?
Do you have any associated ear pain?
The fact that you also have headache makes the sinus disease more probable.
Also did you get your blood work done recently? How was your CBC last time you got it done?
Kindly reply as a follow up,
Regards.

I do smoke . But no runny nose I felt congested yesterday a little but I can still breathe through my nose. My dr didn't run cbc she was looking for cause of my abnormal menstrual cycle. As far as balance problems not severe but I just feel off .. like unsteady becausebecause of the dizziness. No ear pain. My 3yr old had the flu last week but she is fine and I have no temperature. .. hope this helps. And why do I feel worse after I eat? Dizziness and extreme tiredness?

Hello,
It does seem to be due to sinus congestion. A lot of mucus gets blocked leading to increased pressure in the middle ear causing symptoms of dizziness and balance issues.
Though there is no relationship between eating and sinus congestion, still it is worsening for you, but this is nothing to worry about in particular.
I will advise you to start Tab. Levocetrizine 5 mg once daily at bed time for 3 days with 3 days rest. Avoid any physical exertion and also get your BP monitored.
If the symptoms do not improve on taking Levocetrizine, then an X-RAY PNS can be taken and further management will be based on that.
Since you got your thyroid values checked last time, I assume they are normal?
Regards.

Thyroid panel said ok ill upload the page. What isLevocetrizine? Is it otc? I can get a bp monitor today I have been meaning to get one anyway

Hello,
Yes the thryoid values are normal.
That's great let me know after monitoring your BP values.
And unfortunately Levocetrizine is not an OTC. It is an anti histaminic which will reduce the mucus, thereby relieving the sinus congestion. Even Sinarest ( Chlorpheniramine Maleate ) is useful in relieveing sinus congestion.
You will need to get a prescription from your local doctor for the same.
Regards.
