Hello,
Thanks for using Doctorspring for posting your query.
I have gone through your question.I would like to let you know that tadalafil and apomorphine do not have any major interaction and can be taken together. The only major interaction of tadalafil is with nitrates which cause very severe hypotension.
Apomorphine is used very occasionally for certain indications and it is not generally considered as the first line drug. May be, in future you can discuss this medication with your physician.
Hope I am able to help you wih your query.
If you want any further information I would be more than happy to help you.
Wish you good health.
Thanks

Greetings for the Day!!
Thanks for your reply sir, kindly tell me the Indication in which we can take Apomorphine and tadalafil, and can anyone take Apomorphine and Tadalafil with Flurezepam (Fluraz)or other sleep disorder drugs?
Thanks

Hello,

Thanks for your follow-up query and sincere apologies for the delay in replying.

Apomorphine, Tadalafil and Flurazepam are all different drugs of different category and do not point out to a single diagnosis.

Tadalafil has two main uses. First and the most popular one is as an agent that improves erectile dysfunction. Its speciality is its long duration of action and hence is popularly known as a week end viagra.

The other indication for tadalafil for which it is used is a Pulmonary arterial hypertension. Not many drugs are available for this indication.
Apomorphine is not a popular drug in any of the classes but it is indicated in certain diseases such as parkinsons disease, alcoholism, alzheimers disease and one indication which is common with Tadalafil is erectile dysfunction.

So if at all you are looking for a common diagnosis, it is erectile dysfunction.

Flurazepam is abenzo and is having an abuse potential.

Hope this information helps, Wish you god health.

Thanks Sir,
Please suggest me the medicine to raise the level of HDL as it is lying in between 25mg/dl to 35mg/dl in regular blood checkup, also provide me the interaction of tadalfil with atorvastatin Or other blood thinners.

Hello,
Thanks for your add on query.

Unfortunately there is no medication that can increase your HDL. Its only with proper lifestyle and low LDL food that your HDL may improve with time. Some time back it was stated that red wine in small doses increases HDL. But later on it was confirmed that it causes more harm than benefit.
Moreover these days its the LDL / HDL ratio which is important and not the obsulute levels of HDL. So if you have a healthy LDL level there is no need to worry.

For your other query tadalafil and statin do not have nay major interaction and can be given together.

Hope that helps

Thanks Doctor,
Greetings for the Day,

Please suggest me the proper/suitable timings and interval in which the sample for the testing of Sr.Testosterone level can be given, as i have found variation in the level of Sr. Testosterone after taking the medicine also. Sending the report of Testo levels for your ready reference.

Expert:  Dr. Srikanth Reddy replied 1 Day.

Hello,

Thanks for the follow-up question and the attached reports.
The testosterone levels are checked mostly in the morning when they are at the highest. The levels change in the body slightly as the day progresses. If you trying to monitor thetrend then you should do the test at approx same time during all the days (+/- 1 hour) .

The tests reports that you have sent me are all in the normal range (on medications) and the variations that you are suggesting are minor and they do happen with the machines. The variations are not that large to be worried about.

Hope that helps
