Hi, for a while now I have had bad bags under my eyes and puffiness and I am only a 21 year old male. They hardly seem to go down even by the evening. After researching the causes I have pretty much tried everything to reduce them, I exercise daily, drink plenty of water, get enough sleep, lowered my salt intake and nothing seems to work. It's really effecting my quality of life and I just wonder if there might be some underlying allergy or infection that might be causing it?

I can understand your concern.These bags under the eyes are not due to any infection or allergy etc.
That's collection of fat under your eyes. Its mainly of cosmetic concern.The treatment for it would be surgery by an expert ophthalmologist. There are no creams that would help.

Apart from surgery, there is a procedure with the help of a machine called thermage that can help to some extent. You will need to visit your dermatologist for the same.
But no creams will be helpful.
