Hi I just moved into my college dorm. And since the first day I find itchy rashes on my body and neck. My friends say they are bed bug bite marks. I am not sure if they are bug bite marks. What are bed bugs and how do I find them?

They usually live in any crevice or crack in a human proximity area. They generally hide bed parts such as the mattress, near the folded areas of blankets and even behind base boards, etc. They can also be found in luggage, storage boxes, etc. They are very good at finding a way into our rooms. They may be present in the seats of cars busses, trains, or any other place like theatre seats, etc. They can be identified by their unique smell of rotting raspberries. If you don't find any bed bugs in the places i have mentioned then consult a doctor he might have a solution to your itches.
