Bedridden for back pain emanating from LUMBAR VERTEBRAE.

Resolved question:
Hi, I am 34 year old female with two children with youngest one being 2 years old.
3 months ago I noticed pain in the lower back and after several doctor visits the doctors determined the pain emanating from the the lumbar vertebra; I have been bedridden for 40 days at home; five days ago I was admitted to the hospital for the same pain which has now rendered her not able to walk. The attached documents show the test results and analysis. Please tell me what is the problem with me because my current doctor's don't seem to know what's wrong or how to help me.
Thank you very much for your time doctor.

Hello,
Thanks for your query at DoctorSpring.com
It seems there are multiple and diffuse bone intensities in many bones.
Could you do some additional tests including serum and protein electrophoresis, bone marrow studies, biopsy, etc for better correlation.
Kindly revert with all the investigations to guide you better.
Regards.

Hi Dr. Prasad Eswaran,
Thank you. I have received the result of two tests: HLA-B27, surgical pathology report (biopsy)
Please see attached report; my questions are:
1) What's my illness per your opinion? Specifically, could this be cancer? I am still in great pain but I'm discharged; since hospital said they can't do something; at least, until they see attached results; and tomorrow I will take it to them; to check my hospitalization need.
2) What do you recommend to cure illness? Any suggestion's appreciated.
Thanks very much for your help in advance.

Dear.
1. I am sorry to break this bad news, but this is cancer , probably disseminated malignancy. I would suggest you to seek an intervention with a medical oncologist to start with chemotherapy at the earliest. You could also request to meet with pain physician who could definitely help with good symptom relief .
2. Please start with chemotherapy ASAP. If you could afford you can choose a higher cancer care hospital under medical tourism.
Regards
