my last period was 12 feb
my period due is 12 March
i did beta hcg on day 27 of my period was 54
i repeat it after 23 hrs on day 28 of my period was 97
is this value normal >??

I have referred through your previous questions.
Yes it is normal. Beta hCG doubles in about 48-72 hours initially during pregnancy. You have repeated beta hCG in 23 hours and it is close to double. Which is a good sign and is normal.
Please visit your doctor on 13th of March and repeat the beta hCG and go for transvaginal pelvic ultrasound.

in my country they didnt use transvaginal pelvic ultrasound in pregnancy as they worry of misscarraige
so , when sac and heart beats

In that case I would advise you to get a transabdominal ultrasound on 2nd april as by then sac and heart beat would be seen on transabdominal ultrasound.

AIr travel is generally safe during pregnancy. If you have a history of miscarriage air travel can be postponed to the second trimester - that is between 14- 28 weeks. DO NOT travel beyond 34 weeks of pregnancy.
Early travel (before 14 weeks) is generally safe, but in that case you will need to get your Doctors opinion on whether yours is safe and uncomplicated pregnancy.
