Okay so when I got pregnant it was November 21st and during my pregnancy I had sex, last time was December 21st, and then I had a miscarriage two weeks after that. I went to the doctor today with my mom (who doesn't know any of this) and the doctor was very suspicious that I was pregnant. I have all the symptoms of a first Trimester Pregnancy. What I wanna know is if it is at all possible that maybe my first baby died-then I had sex-and got pregnant again, or maybe I was going to have twins and one of them died? Now it is January 28th and I have started to lightly bleed and have very bad lower abdomen cramps. What is going on?

The first option - that you had sex and got pregnant again is not likely, as the uterus needs time to 'rebuild' after a pregnancy.
The second option - twins and one among the twins surviving is theoretical possibility. But the odds are very less in real life.
So most probably this could have been an incomplete abortion (from the first time). This can cause pregnancy symptoms and bleeding. This can be confirmed with a simple USG scan. You can discuss this with your Doctor and get the scan done to confirm it.
