Resolved question:
I am six weeks post c section this week. During c section also had tubal done... Last Monday at five weeks- I began bleeding severely and passing 15 clots one after another- was rushed to ER, my OB was called in, a D & C was done to remove tissue I was passing and stop the cervix from bleeding.
I am now a week out, still bleeding and passing small tissue. Haven't received any follow up from dr yet as to what happened. I can hardly stand on my feet long, cannot take a simple wall around the block without severe pain. I feel like something is not right.... I am almost 35, very healthy, thin, etc. I am very concerned about my current state. What to do?

You need the details about what actually happened last Monday.
I think you need to insist on more information from your doctor.
It appears that you had some retained products of pregnancy inside your uterus which led to the torrential bleeding.
A D and C would have fixed that up.
How is the bleeding right now - is it heavy
Is there a lot of pain ?
There are two possibilities here - the first is that there is still some tissue inside, that needs evacuation.
The second is that there is superimposed infection, that is leading to more problems.
In any case, you need a thorough internal evaluation by an OB - GYN.
Also a pelvic and abdominal ultrasound scan and a vaginal swab to confirm retained products and / or infection.
IT is also highly probable that the huge amount of bleeding has made you anemic.
You need your hemoglobin levels checked, and supplemented, if deficient.
Do not ignore this, and reach your doctor promptly, it can get very bad if neglected.
