Bloating, trapped gas with decreased bowel movements. Treatment?

Resolved Question:

Hi,I'm 18 year old male and having abit of bowel problems i remember when all this started. The weird thing is ive had major blaoting result from trspped gas which start getting when i was like 10, little troubles with constabation since i was really yiung around 5 resulting in my having to get a bottle put into my colon and then squeezes water into cause nothing off the counter worked,, then things start to get better when i got older and it lessend. So now its the complete opposite right i finished taking acne meds called accutane which i took for about 8 months did nothing but harms,, stools seemed normal but they were alot softer,, i think i mightve worsen my anxiety which is greatly linked to this crazy bowel problems,, sometimes my bowel movements are okay sometimes their alittle tok fast and urgent although now bleeding and i suffer from external hemmeroids,, not badly but a few times were they were so painful i couldnt sit,, they never bleed tho lol,and i have Mitral valve prolapse,, doctors found it at an early age like 3 or 5. It would be nice to get back to me bowel movments habe been all over the place almost 99 percen sure its ibs but sitting on the fence if i should see my family doctor,, feels like somyptoms get worse in the mornings, specailly when i dont get enough sleep and negative thinking starts i notice the worse my anxiety and stress gets the worse my bowels react to it. Mostly the only thing that really bothers me is the gas biuld up,, its not so much bloating just the trapped gas.and 90 precent of the time its one bowel movement a day no matter diarrhea or not
