Borderline low BLOOD SODIUM LEVEL. Should I worry?

Resolved question:
Hi I am a 24 year old female, at my yearly physical my blood was checked and everything was normal, except by blood level sodium was 135, my doctor was not concerned about this. But I am aware that this is borderline low. Should I be worried and is this normal?

Hi,
Thanks for your query at DoctosrSpring.com
I understand your concern
Most common cause of hyponatremia is consumption of excess water without adequate sodium replenishment. Thus, it could be an incidental finding which you need not worry about unless you have any symptoms. So, please just ignore it.
