Hello
Thank you for posting your medical query to DoctorSpring.com and your patience while awaiting a reply.
I can understand your concern.
From your history you seem to be having a fungal infection due to heat and humidity. Whether it's due to yeast infection or another fungus that causes ringworm i will be able to decide once i can see a few more pictures of the lesions.
Meanwhile i recommend you start application of lamisil cream twice a day for 2 weeks and take tab. Claritin for itching.
Hope this helps, feel free to discuss further

Okay, I much apologize for taking so long to post a response question, but I had quite a few obligations this past week and desired to get a few pictures to you of the rash once it is inflamed- in these images due to exercise that I took part in for most of the day.
Secondly, regarding the fungal possibility, I must apologize. I forgot to mention in my origional query that one of my first self-diagnosees was of a fungal nature, and I tried several different antifungal creams, one at a time, and each over the course of aproxamitely a month period with no noticable results. These have included: clotrimazole, tolnaftate, and... lamisil.
Heat does indeed seem to cause irritation. Some observations from today were that I did indeed find myself scratching at the backs of my knees, the rash creating a constant wetness where it has spread alongside the itchiness. This is mainly notable in the fact that it often retains this "sweaty" quality even when I should not longer be sweating/ am cooled off and dry.
Anyway, I do hope that, with study and contemplation, a treatment can be found for this that I have yet to attempt-prefferably one that will work. Thank you again for your time.
