I have attached an image of a bump on my groin that I tried to pop 6 days ago. I have left it alone. I woild loke to know if I could continue to leave it alonr. Pop it. Etc..

I reviewed the picture. You seem to be having a furuncle which is a bacterial infection. I would recommend application of mupirocin cream twice daily for a week. In case it doesn't start improving in 2 days, you might need a prescription for an oral antibiotic like azithromycin.
