Resolved question:
i had dark patch on my pennis fore head i.e., red part from about more than 4 years. it is around the urine exit hole and never bothred me. it look basically like a color change in skin. but it never bothered me much. but the skin just back side of the dark colour part was peeling off and i have no pain. now im very much worried that i have cancer. please let me know what is the reason the skin is peeling off.

You don't seem to be having anything major; it is certainly not cancer. The skin is peeling off and causing the troubles.
I shall be keen to have a look at the pic of that area. After seeing the picture, i can give you a more accurate diagnosis.
