My girlfriend was recently diagnosed with vaginal chlamydia, and she believes she contracted it from giving me, an adult male, oral sex. Is it possible for her to acquire vaginal chlamydia by performing oral sex on me (if I have chlamydia)?

It is very unlikely for her to have contracted it from giving you oral sex.
You can easily get tested for Chlamydia by getting a urethral swab taken for it.
Chlamydia is rarely transmitted through oral sex.
It is not impossible, but very less likely.
