Resolved question:
"I acquired an attack of shingles which went undiagnosed from October 2013 till today July 12, 2014. I have no rash just pain around my waist. I'm over any blister. I am scheduled in the next four weeks to have tendon transfer surgery done to my hand with which was injured by an epidural. Question: can I have this surgery done in spite of the fact I still have some pain around my waist?
