Resolved question:
Asking for my cousin. She is 3 months pregnant and she was trying to conceive with her husband.Although she recalls going to the toilet at her work where both males and females use the same loo. She has told me around the time she was ovulating when she went to the toilet at work that there was fluid in the seat and got on her thigh and she said she wiped with toilet tissue and with the same one with out thinking wiped herself with that same tissue. If this fluid was sperm%2C and a guy was in there before her%2C could pregnancy be possible%3F She%27s scared its someonelses baby

Hello,
Thank you for your query at DoctorSpring.com
I understand your concern.
No, pregnancy can't occur in the manner you just described. In order for pregnancy to happen, intercourse is necessary around the ovulation time, and the ejaculate needs to go inside the female vagina which then gets propelled towards the uterus upwards. IF a viable ovum is present fertilisation occurs.
Wiping it with tissue paper, and considering that the tissue paper had seminal fluid too, there is no way she can get pregnant.
Hope this was helpful,
Regards.

Thank you for a reassuring answer. She has been worried and now I can tell her and she can enjoy her pregnancy . Just out of curiosity. If say there was sperm on the toilet seat how long do they lose mobility . And does that mean they are unable to swim up from toilet seat towards the egg. So many conflicticting answers that we have read.

Hello,
Thank you for your follow up.
Even if there was sperm in the toilet seat, it can't enter her vagina that way, until and unless it is digitally maneuvered. Only when the semen goes in with a force it is propelled upwards due to uterine contractions, and then the pregnancy occurs. You will read many more confusing articles, but you can take my word for this. It is better to avoid reading such articles, until and unless they are from a trusted source.
Please ask her to enjoy her pregnancy. The baby is definitely her husbands'. She has already lost some time worrying unnecessarily. Now she should enjoy her pregnancy.
Regards.
