Cause for itching scrotum without sex.

Hello,

My age is 27 and I'm unmarried, never had sex with anyone. Previously I had severe itching problem around and on my scrotum but I continued without treatment and now the itching on scrotum and genital area is not much but sometimes I have itchiness near anus. Mostly discomfort and itching occurs at night. I feel this is related to some sexual problem as I masturbate a lot.

Regarding previous itching problem, It was severe itching problem on scrotum and groin area and I used to itch until it starts burning and discharges something. and after that it was a great relief.

Now I don't have that kind of itching near scrotum and groin but sometimes there is a casual itching and I have a discomfort and itching near anus.
