Chances of exposure to HIV following protected oral sex.

Resolved question:
I received oral sex using a condom but I didn't saw the brand or the expiration date and it was in an asian massage place . Should I get nervous about HIV and test for it?

Hello and thankyou for approaching DoctorSpring with your query.
I understand your concern but you need not worry.
It is highly unlikely for you to have got HIV for the following reasons.
1) chances of HIV transmission through receptive oral sex is very low
2) Since you used a condom, those chances are even further decreased. As condom further decreases the chances.(near zero)

However to be completely sure and to clear your mind you can get tested for HIV.
I would advise you to do the HIV Combo(Antigen/Antibody) Test 4 weeks after the exposure.

Like I said you need not worry as it is very unlikely that you would have got HIV from this exposure.

I hope this has helped.
Thankyou
