Chances of STI after protected sex with escort.

Resolved question:
To start off, I am a 26 year old virgin from Toronto, Canada. I suffer from mild depression and because I am introverted, I have not been lucky to find a girlfriend.

On Friday 12Dec2014, I finally had the courage to see an Korean escort. I brought my own Durex latex condom. She helped to put the condom on with her mouth and performed oral sex with condom on. Later on we had vaginal sex with the same condom. We exchanged positions several times and during this period she put some lubrication on my condom. I did not know if the lube was water or oil based (I could tell that the lube was transparent and semi-solid). The last intercourse was she rode me top down and I called it off as soon as I ejaculated (penis was still erect when pulled out). I could clearly see my semen inside the condom, white semen flowed down to a portion of my penis shalf inside the condom (I should not suspect breakage?). Her vagina has also been relatively dry as I did not see a lot of vaginal fluid on exterior of the condom. Before I noticed, she grabbed tissue napkins, wiped my genital area, took the condom off, and continued to wipe my penis with napkin. While she was wiping, I was afraid the exterior of the condom may have touched my penis head as she was holding condom and napkins together. I went to take a shower right after and thoroughly washed my genital area with shampoo (I could clearly remember that my penis was erect during the whole shower).

Another thing to add was that my penis could not feel a lot during the entire intercourse with condom on: no particular warmth from vagina whatsoever (so should not suspect breakage?)

Now I am really worried if the vaginal fluid on the exterior of the condom touching penis head could have transmitted certain STI. I also fear that skin to skin contact between our genital areas could have transmitted STI as well (fearful of hepatitis, HIV and others, though I do have had Hep B vaccine). I am under a lot of stress right now and I am also scared to go to sex health clinic. What should I do now? Please help!

Hello,

Thanks for posting your query at DoctorSpring.com

I would like to know since how long do you have them?

How many and are they itchy?

Do they contain any fluid?

Feel free to discuss further,

Thanks

I have these for at least a few months, the white one is more recent.
One is white (though i think i pushed the pus towards the top by squeezing and trying to pop), the second one is covered with regular skin, but there seems to be a ball under it, which has gotten smaller.
Not itchy.
Can it be a STD? If so, which one? And if not an STD, what do you think it is?

Hello

Thanks for your reply.

You seem to be having molluscum contagiosum which is a viral infection caused by the pox virus. It is sexually transmitted when present in the genital area.

The treatment for it would be needling it out or getting it burnt out by your dermatologist.

Please let me know if you have any queries.

Take care
Regards.

If left untreated are there any serious consequences? Any difference in consequences between men and women?

Hello

Thanks for your reply.

If you leave it untreated they will grow in no. and size. You are infectious to your sexual partner. There is no difference in the lesions of men or women.

Please let me know if you have any queries.

Take care
