I can definitely guide you but before that I need you to get your peripheral blood smear study done as well as bone marrow aspiration.
Everything seems to be almost alright. I would be able to comment based on peripheral smear study and bone marrow aspiration as they are more accurate in diagnosing blood related disorders.
You seem to have symptoms of anemia for which an elaborate physical examination is required.
