Cold, rash without itching. Are these normal?

Resolved question:
I have a head cold accompanied by a mild rash with pretty much no itch on my torso. I have not experienced rashes with colds before, but have also been traveling to states in the U.S. I've never been to before (Oregon, Montana, etc.) and am from Los Angeles. Are rashes with a cold normal?
