I understand your concern.
You seem to have an upper respiratory tract infection with sinusitis, that is causing the pressure like symptoms.
You need an antibiotic course, and a good choice antibiotic would be Cap. Augmentin ( Amoxycillin + Clavulanic acid ) 650 mg twice daily for a week, and Tab. Levocetirizine once at bed time for 3 days. You should also try steam inhalation, which will help the mucus loosen and come out.
