Resolved question:
I have gotten recurrent uti's since I was a child. They have almost always put me on cipro and I have never had a problem with it. Last Thursday I awoke with a uti and happened to have some. Cipro on band. All was well until the third day on the meds. I noticed on Saturday evening I began to itch everywhere. I immediately stopped the cipro and I continue to have this terrible constant itch. I have t had more than a few hours of sleep since all of this started. I am also starting g to feel some pain Iin My legs/knee and wrist. I also got a strange shooting pain behind my left eye. The first day all of this started, the itching and my face was very flushed and a little raised, resembling hives. My eyelids swelled a bit as well, a I have been extremely cold and I feel soooo drained of all my energy
It's of the time. My plan was to go to urgent care In the morning when they open, but I wanted to make sure, as I lie in bed unable to get comfortable and was curious to know if you think I should go to the er. Thanks in Advance.

I sincerely apologise for the delay, as I was traveling and I was not able to access internet.
I have read all MRI details.It looks that you are suffering from grade 4 chondromalacia of medial side of weight bearing surface of femur & medial side of knee cap.There is also a large tear of meniscus on medio posterior aspect of knee.It looks that you are an active person.
For such type of lesion the recommended treatment is removal of part of meniscus & debridement of cartilage at the knee cap & femur.This should be followed by good physiotherapy for at least 4-8 weeks.There are some conservative therapies like prolo therapy which may be helpful but scientific data is still not in conclusive phase for conservative treatment at this stage.
At present you may start with anti inflammatory analgesic medicines ,which may be helpful to you for short period.
